Treasurer's Report:  The Treasurer's Report presented by Treasurer Steve Rowan was approved by motion.
Correspondence:  None.
Advisor's Report:  The proposed New Business Park application with the DEP was approved and is out for bid.  Love's is the first applicant for the Business Park.  The permit was sent to DEP for Technical Review.  The Richardsville Bridge Project is proceeding normal.  The Conservation District hired Lexie Arkwright as a new Watershed Specialist.  There are a lot of permits.  Dirt and Gravel Road projects are being planned for Polk Warsaw Townships.
Limestone:  2 loads of limestone have been delivered.  A motion was made to authorize the purchase of 1 more load of limestone.  Motion Passed.  There is still billing problems with New Enterprise.  Don is to call Salesman Steve Scott to get the bill corrected.  We have paid all that we owe New Enterprise.
Web Site:  No update.
Water Sampling:  Spring water sampling has been canceled due to Covid-19.  We will wait until September to do the water sampling.  Samples bottles had an acidic preservative although labels state no preservative.  Spring water samples should be done free of charge due to the contaminated sample bottles.  We are to turn in the sample bottles we have and receive new ones.  We have an e-mail from Shaun where Bill Sabatose stated that he would do the next testing for free.  We are to remind him.

Macro-Invertebrate Study:  Lexie will send an e-mail.  Tentative date is June 24th, 25th or 26th.
Waterways Conservation Officer:  Shaina Painter will soon start for Jefferson County.  She will be invited to a NFWA meeting.
For the Good of the Order:  NFWA Picnic in August
Adjournment:  With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned by President Ruth Rowan at 6:52 PM.
