Call to Order:  The February, 2020 meeting of the North Fork Watershed Association was called to order at 6:00 pm by Secretary Don Crytzer.  There were 4 members present.
 
Minutes:  The minutes of the January, 2020 meeting were presented by Secretary Crytzer.  The minutes were approved as presented.
 
Treasurer's Report:  The Treasurer's Report was prepared by Treasurer Steve Rowan was approved by motion.
 
Correspondence:  None.
 
Advisor's Report:  The proposed new Business Park application with the DEP was approved and is out for bid.  Love's is the first applicant for the Business Park.  The permit was sent to DEP for Technical Review.  The Richardsville Bridge Project will start in the spring.  No limestone was put in the ditch.  The Conservation District will be hiring a new Watershed Specialist.  There are a lot of permits.  The Conservation Workshop for the public went well with 21 people attending.  A municipal workshop was held for the Township and Borough people.
 
Limestone:  A motion was made to authorize the purchase of 2 loads of limestone.  Motion passed.
 
Web site:  No update.
 
Water Sampling:  We are looking at the week of the 23rd of March.  Date to be set at the next meeting.  Sample bottles had an acidic preservative although labels stated no preservative.  Spring water samples should be done free of charge due to the contaminated sample bottles.  We are to turn in the sample bottles we have and receive new ones.  We have an email from Shaun where Bill Sabatose stated thate he would do the next testing for free.  We are to remind him.
 
NFWA Meetings:  The next NFWA meeting will be March 12, 2020.
 
Memberships:  Some membership renewals have come in.
 
New Watershed Specialist:  Lexie will start in mid March.
 
For the Good of the Order:  We will discuss meeting time at the next meeting.
