Splash Dam Project

The Eagle Scout Project of Jess Polohonki was to improve the Splash Dam at Jones Bridge on Bond Road. Through his fundraising efforts, Jess was able to purchase a load of #3A Limestone to replace what had been washed away in the high waters.  The Splash Dam was topped with this limestone which will help to neutralize the acidic waters in North Fork Creek.  The project was completed in May of 2014.  Thank you to Jess and his volunteers for their efforts to improve the water quality in the North Fork Watershed.  For more on this Eagle Scout Project, click here.
