Do you like getting outdoors and doing something good?

Have you always wanted to get involved in your community!

The North Fork Watershed Association is always in need of volunteers for its many fun events, water monitoring and other activities.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
On June 9, 2017, the North Fork Watershed Association and the Jefferson Conservation District assisted Susquehanna University in sampling 8 unassessed streams in the North Fork Watershed.  The purpose of the Unassessed Waters Initiative is to determine if cold water streams are home to wild trout, including the eastern brook trout.  The presence of wild trout indicates exceptional water quality that benefits multiple priority species.
